My 27 Year Old Daughter Lives In Vancouver And Is

My 27 year old daughter lives in Vancouver and is complaining of spasmodic abdominal pain, initially constipation and has now been experiencing bouts of diarrhoea with blood and mucous.
She attended an Emergency department of one of the Vancouver hospitals, had an x-ray that showed stool was banked right back but nothing else of note. Bloods were normal. Pathology of stool sample yet to come. She experiences diarrhoea with each meal she tries to eat.
She was sent home from Emergency with a referral to a GI Physician and some Buscopan.
I wonder whether she has diverticulitis.
