My 25 year old daughter has been experiencing diarrhea, fever and bloating and gas for the past 42 hours. It started with nausea and diarrhea and has now advanced to bloating and severe gas. Her temp is around 100. She has had Tylenol only and this has helped with temp. She is going thru finals and can't get to doc appt until tomorrow am. I am concerned she should go to er. Please advise.
