My 13 month old granddaughter has very painful bowel movements. She strains and cries and shakes and nothing comes out but gas. She does take Miralax 3 capful 3 times a day per the doctor. With Miralax, she poops 1-2 times a day or may skip day. I think she's getting to the point where she's becoming afraid when she feels the urge to poop, and we can't stand to see her go through this. We've tried Pedialyte, karo syrup, prune juice, apricots, 100% white grape juice. They don't give her cheese. She does drink Vitamin D milk. Any suggestions?
