My 10 year old has been running a fever for a couple of days. The highest thus far has been 102 degrees. Goes down when given acetaminophen. He also complained of being achy all over and a headache. Today seems to be just the headache and says his neck is a little sore when he turns his head. At what point should I consider seeking medical attention or let it run it's course?
