Muscle Spasms, Weakness, High BP, Fatigue, Anxiety. Cause?

Hi, for the past 3 months I have had many things happening to me. Muscle spasms in my calf accompanied by warm sensation, muscle aches and weakness in my upper arms, chest pains, rapid heart rate, elevated blood pressure, fatigue, anxiety, I have had my menstrual cycle for 3 weeks and today I have noticed my left jaw is twitching every few moments. I had a list of blood work done and all has been normal, I have had 2 ekg's in the past 2 months and also an ultrasound of my leg to rule out blood clots. Could all my symptoms be due to the anxiety?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM

Give rest to the injured part and do not involve in activities which puts additional strain on the injured tissues. Applying muscle relaxant gel and taking anti-inflammatory drug will be helpful.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and informative and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care.
