Mild degenerative annular bulges of l4-l5 and l5-S1 IV disc are seen indenting on the thecal sac in contact with traversing nerve roots at these levels and also with exiting L5 nerve roots in the partially narrowowed bilateral nerve foramina at L5-S1 level
