Mucus in my throat. Had sinus surgery. Use netty pot, nasal sprays. What else can be done?

I have excess mucus draining down into my throat. It is very thick while sticky stuff that I have to wipe out of my mouth. I have had sinus surgery; been check for allergies; use netty pot; use nasal sprays; had my house checked for mold and nothing seems to help. It is really bad and I have fought this for three years and have had no help. I have taken several sinus medicines.
