Mm My nephew aged 30 had to go through lot of stress for the past 4 years. A computer engineer , he worked for about 6 years. With the intention of doing business he quit his job. Around same time there was a problem within the family which stressed him a lot.now he has become over sensitive to certain issues , people and criticism . He has thyroid problem also( tsh..7)has become overweight.he dislikes certain people intensely.one such person visited them 2 days back..now he has locked himself in his room for more than 35 hrs.please advice.does he need counseling and treatment
