Mild Discomfort And Pain In Right Foot During Physical Activity After Kicking Car Door. Possibility Of Any Fracture?

Hello, I kicked a car door 11 days ago with my right foot. I was wearing my running sneakers at that time. I am able to walk for over 1 hour now and can also workout in the gym, but there is mild to moderate discomfort and pain in the right foot during physical activity and it is not getting better. It feels better if I give it rest. There is no swelling in the right foot. Please advise what I should do for full recovery? Could the right foot have a fracture? Best regards, Suneet

I dont think you would have a fracture. Seems like you might have a sprain. Keep some crushed ice around the place where it is hurting. Apply it for 15 to 20 min for 2 -3 days. Keep going to the gym. If it still pains you need to tape the part with the other toes so that less of movement happens to that part.
