Migraines, Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Dry Blood In Nose, Sickness. Negative Pregnancy Test. Will Gluten Free Diet Help?

Hello I have had some strange things happening, I first started feeling light headed about 5 days ago, and then with dizziness, that induced a massive migraine. YESTURDAY I woke up and one side of my nose was filled with dry blood, and then while riding my nose of that I noticed fresh blood. All throughout the day I've feel sick and hungry. Then in the evening I've had an odd soap like taste in my mouth. I've also been trying to get pregnant and my period isn't due till next week so an Over the counter pregnancy test only shows up as negative.

I also only have ever had any type of nose and blood problems was with my first and only pregnancy with my daughter I got nose bleeds all the time. Only times I have had them. I sleep with a fan on but I don't usually keep it close by unless it is really hot. I've also changed to a gluten free diet and switched my toothpaste the day after the light headed feeling started.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
You certainly have a migraine problem. Other than taking migraine medications like sumatriptan, you also need to take prophylactic medicines which will help in preventing episodes of migraine.
Further your change in tastes can be explained by MS. But still it would be wise to get a CT scan of brain done.
Regarding your nose bleed, the most common cause is trauma. Wait for a few days. If the problem persists then a local examination of nose needs to be done.
