Migraine, Done Tests, Have Antral Gastritis. Advice?

good day doctor I am a nurse. I have been suffering from migrain since 12 yrs.so i am on different medicines since that time.Recently i have done some investigations.in that the investigation showing sgot 46u\I SGPT52.2U\I GGTis30.8u\i.also tsh level too is little bit high ie is30.28 micro i u per ml.Along with that i suffer antral gastritis since 12 yrs.The present blood variations in the bood noticed just recently.now the migrain is got under control with medication .now i need your great valueable advise

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.

It is good to note that your migraine is under good control.

Among the blood tests, TSH is high, suggestive of hypothyroidism, and needs treatment. You need to start levothyroxine on a daily basis and it is often required lifelong. You should consult an Endocrinologist, who can advise you more on this.

For antral gastritis, pantoprozole or rabeprozole are effective.

Other blood tests including liver function tests are within normal limits.
