Medicine To Take For Loose Stools After Eating Outside Food?

Hello doctor,my name is Cyril Frederick D'sa...last night i had to go to the loo for about five/six times..(.loose motion)as i had some food by the road side vendors...i felt like to get done stool test...the result shows 8-10/hf
pus cells and occational epithelial cells..could you kindly guide me which medication i should take?

My answer to patients with this concern has always been very similar; if your gut/bowels are trying to get rid of or eliminate something; very often it's for a good reason and elimination is the CORRECT course of action. Let your body "do it's thing" when it comes to diarrhea and or loose stool. If you find yourself experiencing this for days further and or experience blood on stool presentation and or vomiting with a red tinge, I would recommence immediate ER consultation. Otherwise, please hydrate vigorously; and be weary of "ANTI-DIURETICS'. Diarrhea helps the body get rid of bugs and toxins. To take medications that stop that process would only keep the toxins and or BUGS in your body for longer than necessary!
