hi doctor my grand son his age about one year & three months old he is not taking his meals & not increasing his weight also he cryieng evry time so you advice me to give medicine for deworm,

take syrup xenda..paediatric one..take it completely..he should be fine after that..if still he is not taking feeds ,its better to consult a paediatrician to look for other causes..take care
