MRI Done. Is Surgery Required?

I've had an MRI and the Impression states:
Articular surface partial tear of the leading edge of the supraspinatus tendon.
Suggestion there may have been a recent dislocation with edema in the posterior portion of the humeral heard and apparent disruptionn of the anterior-inferior labrum and adjacent cartilage
Interstitial splitting of the distal subscapularis.
My question is do you think I'll need surgery to correct this injury?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Here your clinical history is very much requires, because unless we know the clinical sing and symptoms it not at all possible to come on any conclusion, there the doctor must have examined you then he suggested for MRI for what ? for clear his clinical diagnosis, all imaging reports are very much confusing always need to be correlated with clinical condition, as such you have not mentioned your chief complain, can not say anything, have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
