MRI Done. How Much Pain Will This Condition Be Causing?

My daughter, age 39, just had an MRI with the following "impression": L4-L5: Annular fissure with a diffusely bulging disc that effaces the ventral thecal sac, but does not result in significant central canal or neural foraminal stenosis. Before taking her to the pain clinic, I just would like to know "exactly" how much pain this could be causing as I don't want it exaggerated to the physician. Thank you for your hopefully "frank" response.
