Question I have a lump on the back of my neck I am a single white male 36 generally mid to high stress level

back history I recently most new lost two of my cats in the last 1.5 years moved into new apartment fight in the courts with CSA and other thing 3.5 years ...
Low income and s and low food nutrition (family has had cancer beast). Medium to high levels of depression .....


Woke up two days ago with blood on my nose and I have no notice a lump on the back of my neck it's painful when I push on it insight your head give me a headache what do you think it can be and what do you think I need to do

Dear Ma'am,

Sorry to hear about your problem. If this lump is persisting for the last 1.5 years, it is unlikely to be a cancer. If it is increasing in size and causing you a lot of discomfort, you can get it evaluated by a surgeon and get a needle test done (FNAC), which will conclusively rule out the possibility of cancer.
Your long and stressful job could also be giving rise to cervical spine problems, which can give rise to headaches.
