Lump In Throat And Around Thyroid Area. Why Does It Get Worse? Why Insomnia?
Hi , I have a funny feeling in my throat like there is a lump just under/around my thyriod area I find that this feeling is worse just before my menstral cycle . I sometimes find food getting caught in my throat and it is particulary worse when I lie flat on my backto the piont were i wake up gasping for a breath. I am also have insomnia since this started approx 12mths ago

first consult a ENT specialist. if everything normal anxiety may be the cause.
Then you need some antianxiety drug. Your problem will automatically go away.
