Hi there Mrajani.

From your History & clinical description, you most likely have a prolapsed hemorrhoid. This is ordinarily called 'Piles'!

There is no need for panic. It is a pesky problem that is easily remedied.

Visit your local surgeon or GP & they will take a look & advise you the appropriate treatment.

Most likely , it will require a small 'surgery' or 'banding' that can easily be done in the outpatient under local anaesthesia & all will be well.

In the interim, you can do what is called a 'Sitz' bath...one can google the net for a graphical description of how to do one properly & it will help clean the region & prepare you for your doctor's visit!

Antibiotics & anti-inflammatory agents will also be required as per your doctor's prescription!

You will have to alter your diet habits too to include lots of vegetables & fiber & fluids to prevent similar issues in the future & perhaps a weight loss program indicated if overweight!

Cheers & Good Luck!
