Lump In Lower Leg, Diagnosed With Melanoma, Biopsy Negative. Related To Lymph Nodes?

I have a lump in my lower right leg, slightly above the ankle. I was diagnosed with melanoma on a small spot milimiters in diameter, it was first stage, very early find, for precaution, about six months I then removed a deep circle of skin about 3 inches in diameter and the biopsy was negative- but now I am worried if this has to do with lymph nodes that might be fighting some form
