Lump In Groin And Scrotum, Pus And Blood Discharge. Painful. What Is This?

I have a longish lump between my groin and my scrotum , the lump goes away and comes back all the time and sometimes pops and leaks out puss and blood , most of the time I don t realize it is there but when it s irritated it is very painful, it is not touching testicles or anything just under the skin of my groin and scrotum..can you please tell me what this is? I m scared

It is a deep bacterial infection.

Treatment with oral and topical antibiotics is required.
