Lump Above Groin Area, Painful Belly, Visible And Soft. Treatment?
I had a lump, I guess you could call it, come up right above my groin area. It wasn't tender at all but my belly has been very painful. It was visible and soft and went away after a couple of hours. My belly is painful (like I have to clench it to feel a little better) around the navel area. It feels like when you have a ut infection but its not and no pain in private area or when I urinate. What could this be?

From history it seems that you might be having bubonecele i.e. starting of having inguinal hernia giving rise to this problem.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
On physical examination, it will give clear idea about your problem.
