Lower Abdominal Pain, Testicle Pain And Swelling, Infertility. Due To Hernia?

Hi, When i do excersice or if i lift heavy things, then my lower abdominal paining. in most of the time, my left testicle giving me a pain. when i do excerise the testicles will enlarge very little. i am also having a infertality problem. do i have hurnia? does hurnia cause to male infertility? anyguidance please. thanks

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Left sided Varicocele .However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination and some tests like Colour Doppler study of a scrotum Please consult qualified Urologist to confirm the diagnosis.and for further treatment.
