Lower Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Severe Acid Reflux. Done Colonoscopy, Uterine Ablation. Could It Be Uterine Cysts?

I am a 39 yo female. Birthed 4 big and healthy babies (8 - 10.5 lbs).
I have had a "phantom" lower left abdominal pain on and off for almost 5 years. I do have constipation at times, but the pain isn't just at those times.
I have had the following done: colonoscopy (because of pain and family history), full GI scope (for my sever acid reflux), an Uterine Ablation (severe menses), and also an internal and external ultrasounds to rule out uterine cysts (I do not have any).
Any thoughts as to what it might be?
I am considering having laparoscopy

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
I don't know when did you have colonoscopy & what is your family history, but I think the best person to evaluate such pains is a general surgeon. I think you should see the doctor before deciding for Laparoscopy. This is an invasive test & usually needs Anesthesia. Better to go for a CT scan or MRI first.
This may represent conditions like diverticulitis, other inflammatory bowel diseases, mesenteric lymphadenitis etc.
Wish you good health.
