Lower Abdominal, Back Pain, Mid Abdominal Burning. Previous Diagnosis Of Ovarian Cysts. Taking Ibuprofen. Advise?
Female 38 lower abdominal pain and lower back pain. Mid abdominal burning. Previous diagnosis of small ovarian cysts few years ago. Recent history of missed periods. Negative pregnancy tests. Trying to get pregnant no reuslts. Hisotry of bad lower back pain in morning and pain in top of feet. Very stiff early in morning then after about 2 hours feel better. Taking ibuprofen every day.

Taking ibuprofen should be under supervision of a doctor. It can otherwise cause many side effects, important opnes being gastritis, cardiac, asthma and renal problems.
Please get another ultrasound of your abdomen if its been long since the earlier one was done.
