Low Testosterone, Low Energy Levels, Migraines And Sweating, Feeling Sleepy. What Could Be The Reason?

I have extremely low testosterone levels around 37
Have to take shots once a week of testosterone
I get migraines and sweat more than anybody
I have been working out hard 5 mo the every other day. My energy levels are extremely low. I fall asleep all the time. I try to keep. Hey and a regular sleep schedule. Just No energy
I'm male 39 years old

Welcome to HCM.Have your thyroid and adrenal been tested,has electrolyte imbalance,Diabetes and systemic disease been ruled out?Has a Obstructive Sleep Apnoea study been done?Unaccustomed working out will also result in extreme fatigue.It would be best to discuss the matter with your doctor/physician.
