Low Grade Fever, Red Rings Around Eyes, Cough, Rashes All Over Body. Not Taking Medicines. Concerned?

my grandaughter who just turned 7 has had a low grade fever and very red rings around eyes which looks better today but she has a cough and has been tired for almost a week now and has developed a rash all over her body. She refuses to take liquid or pill benadryl . She has not eaten hardly anything all week. She is going thru something because she wont eat anything that has texture - strawberries,oranges, really she doesn t want anything. I am concerned

may be viral pharyngitis. this cause ulcers which are painful. give some analgesics like paracetamol or brufen(if not allergic) according to her weight. if she is not taking anything orally she may need intravenous fluids.
