Low Blood Sugar, Diet?

I seem to have low blood sugar . Two nights ago it was 55. Last night it was 84. Right now it s 74. I eat 2000 calories a day because of my workouts. I eat fresh fruits, vegetables, lean protein , and low fat or fat free dairy. I only drink water, skim milk, and almond milk . What is wrong with this picture?
