Welcome to Health Care Magic

Based on your query you have Hypoglycemia ( Low blood sugar), hypertension and may be Hypertriglyceridemia ( you have mentioned much fats which i assume to be high triglycerides).

I would like to advice you one after the other.

To treat Hypoglycemia or low sugar just eat a chocolate or glucon D or sugar( Any solution that gives you instant glucose) if you have symptoms like dizziness , sweating.

As far your High B.P is concerned salt restricted diet would help you control your B.P

For Hypertriglyceridemia- take low fat diet. Restrict your oily and spicy food intake. Have a small meal as supper. Do not take heavy meal at night as cholesterol synthesis occurs at night and that would make your serum cholesterol levels high. Avoid Ground nut oil try and use refined sun flower oil. Avoid cheese and ghee.

Take plenty of fluids.

Be healthy and Take care
