Low MPV, Lymph Levels. Have Fatigue, Memory Issues, Joint Pain, Was Bitten By A Tick. Do I Have Lyme Disease?

Greetings,
I'm concerned about having lyme disease. Would a low LYMPH % (15.70) as well as a low MPV (8.00) have any association with a lyme diagnosis? Both of my parents have been diagnosed with lyme and I recall several years back being bitten by a tick in which a "bulls-eye" mark about the size of a silver dollar occurred at the site of the bite. I have twice been tested for lyme with negative results, however, I've read that negative results are common for those with a lyme. I seem to share many of the characteristics associated with lyme such as fatigue, memory issues, painful joints, etc. Am I worrying myself or ? Thank you, Brian
