HI,

I AM DR.KAVITHA. O WOULD LIKE TO HELP YOU.

IF YOUR DAUGHTER HAS REALLY BEEN DEEPLY UNCONSCIOUS FOR "30 MINUTES" AFTER THE INJURY I THINK IT IS ADVISABLE TO GO FOR A CT SCAN OF THE HEAD.

IF THAT IS NOT CONVENIENT FOR YOU YOU REALLY MUST CONTINUE KEEPING THE CLOSE EYE ON HER .YOU MUST KNOW THE SIGNS TO LOOK OUT FOR...ANY VOMITING,SEVERE HEADACHE,DIZZINESS,ANY BLEEDING FROM EAR OR NOSE,ANY VISION DISTURBANCE LIKE BLURRING OR BLACKOUTS ,CONVULSIONS OR ABNORMAL /INVOLUNTARY MOVEMENT OF ANY PART OF BODY .YOU MUST KEEP HER AT HOME UNDER OBSERVATION FOR 24 HOURS OR EVEN LONGER IF POSSIBLE.PLEASE TAKE HER BACK TO ER IF YOU SENSE ANYTHING WRONG AND LET THEM DECIDE

TYLENOL IS FINE.DO NOT GIVE HER ANY STRONGER PAINKILLERS OR SEDATIVES AS IT MAY MASK ANY EARLY SIGNS OF TROUBLE.
PLEASE DONT BE TOO ANXIOUS FOR HER OR LET HER KNOW THAT YOU ARE TOO WORRIED BUT JUST KEEP ALL THESE POINTS IN MIND AND LOOK OUT FOR HER.SHE WILL BE FINE. BYE TAKE CARE.
