Losing Hair And Weight Gain. Advice?

hello, ;i m 31,i m married n ve 3 kids,i m gaing wait n lossing scalp hair.....n lots of boring stuff....although i try to make my day with routine but no use unable to work out....!what can i do with my over wait n my family ....!they need me!the biggest issue of the day is HAIR-LOSS.....plzzzz need ur assistances

firstly i am glad that you hav put up this question on the most helpful medical website..its a story of thousands of males and females out here..HAIR LOSS
i will try to solve your weight issues and hair loss as well,.
here are some of the remedies for weight gain for you
1) first and foremost...regularize your eating schedule
2)a proper diet is a must...ideal diet should be ..a lavish breakfast...moderate lunch and minimum dinner
3)try to have dinner before 8...i prefer having oat meal cooked in olive oil and veggies ...oats and olive oil helps in reducing weight ..getting rid of cholesterol..treating constipation and helping in reducing weight immediately.try this out
4)daily walking for 45 min is of utmost important...exercise keeps your metabolism high which is so essential for sheding extra weight
5)have at least three cups of green tea daily and at least ten glasses of luke warm water daily

now comes remedies for hair loss
for females the reasons of hair loss are little different..so remedies for female hair loss are
1) protein and iron deficiency can cause female hair loss and thinning so eat soya beans or eggs daily (egg white only)
2)massage hair with coconut oil twice a weak..its been proven that coconut oil has some components which increases hair diameter and helps in ataining thick hair
3)applying coconut milk for 2 hours once a weak will help as well
4)1 tea spoon of black seasme (kaala til) powder with milk every morning is a well known ayurvedic formula for any type of hair loss
lastly a few words for the boring life style
try to be happy from inside...keep yourself busy in your family..try to be a kid when you are with them..be friends with them...take up some recreational hobby like painting reading ..or if you have a good teaching sense take up tuitions at home..
