Dear Dr. Hema Yadav i,m parisa. thanks so much for your kind answer. i have a question again.why the area of lipoma in my scalp became hair loss? i have this problem for 10 years. the hair of affected area changed morphologically and lost. what is solution? thanks so much.

If its a long standing condition , the blood supply to the follicles might have been compromised or pressure related necrotic changes might have occurred. As I already suggested an examination by dermatologist or if possible trichologist would be required before any treatment can be discussed.
