Lightheadedness, On And Off 208 Bpm During Workout. History Of Having Little More Caffeine. Concerning?

I'm a 58 year old female in excellent condition. I felt lightheaded, slowed my pace ellent physical condition. I wear a heart rate monitor when I work out and today it got up to 208 bpm during my workout. and it decreased. I often take my heartrate up to 160-165 intervals, but maintain 140-150 during my regular workout. I will say I had a little more caffeine today than normal. should I be concerned?

Hi and thank you for asking HCM!

You should stop taking cafein more than a cip of coffe, because caffeine is one of the causes of tachycardia.

If the pronlrm persist after stoping caffeine than a consult to the cardiologists should be done.
