Light Headed, Neck Pain, Scraped Arm, Dizziness Post Fall. Treatment Options?

hi im 18 years old and recently fell off a longboard , not going very fast, but when i got up i felt light headed, very light headed, i have very slight neck pain on the side of my body that i fell on. i did not hit my head but i did scrape my arm a little. i still feel slightly dizzy since then its been a day since then

Hello Dear
You might have injured your cervical spine or the soft tissue accompanying it. Do your X-ray Cervical spine and try to give a support to neck by cervical collar. Avoid all jerky movements of the neck and spine.
Hope this will help you and you will get ride for the dizziness. Consult you doctor for the investigations like X-rays.
