Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Are you an alcoholic?
With the available described symptoms, there could be possibility of non alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and untreated case may lead to non alcoholic steatohepatitis and cirrhosis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should go for complete blood count, liver biopsy, HbsAg, Anti-HCV.
Meanwhile, you should take low fat diet along with brisk exercises.
You should take Ursodeoxycholic acid, vitamin E and statins.
Statins also helps you in controlling deranged lipid profile.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
