Leg Pain And Testicles Pain While Ejaculation. Had Surgery. Is It A Nerve Issue Caused By An Accident?
Hello Doctor,
Few years before i had a pain in right Leg and and pain in tecticles while ejaculation, so i have approached a doctor , he as informed there is problem in the nerves of path to the testicle . he as informed it may casued because of any accident or cycling regularly .
Later on is advice , i had surgery after few months i felt pain in testicles , he as informed it will be there for few years . Now i am going to get marry still i have pain in my testicle wn ejaculation and post to that i having the same pain . Can you suggest what can i do Now

Nerve which passes near testicles starts in the abdominal cavity and is called genitofemoral nerve. You havent mention what kind of accident you have had so its hard to tell if it could get injured or not. And its injury would cause lack of sensing in the scrotum area.
More possible reason of your symptoms is prostate inflammation or epidydimis. That is why I suggest you to visit urologist, have rectal examination and testis ultrasound. Urine analysis and sperm analysis should be also done.
