Left Arm Pain On Eating Sugar, Processed Foods. Family History Of Heart Disease. Cause Of Worry?
I ve noticed that my left arm hurts somewhat (very minor) after I eat something with sugar in it or processed foods. I m very health conscious most of the time and a little paranoid about health problems, so I m not sure if the pain is legitimate, or if it s just in my imagination or out of guilt. I m 33 and in good health. However, heart disease runs in my family.
