Left Abdominal, Shoulder Pain On Sitting For Long Followed By Shortness Of Breath, Clogging Of Nostrils. No Relief With Cipralex. Tests Normal. Suggestion?
While sitting longer I am feeling pain my lower left abdomen and suddenly my left shoulder will be on pain too. Then shortness in breathing will follow. I can feel clogging on one of my nostril. But when I stand up for quite longer everything will be ok . Lately I am experiencing this while laying on my bed in the evening. For your info I had cervical & lumbar spondilysis and hypertension. Gastro doctor gave me Cipralex which is not helping.
All test had been done to me CT-scan, Ultra Sound,ECG. Cardio Doctor tests were all OK
Kindly advise.

Left side abdominal pain is usually from colon. gases can distend and pain may be felt in the shoulder. But to relate it to the nose clogging and posture - seems far fetched... Allergy (food?) / anxiety may have to be considered?
As the heart is normal, check the lungs - for shortness of breath...
Try to cut down on pain relievers, if you are taking...
If troublesome. colonoscopy may help.

Pain is also on the shoulder of left side, over it.
Shortness in breathing and clogging in nostril.
There a dome shaped muscular partition separating the thorax( chest) from the abdomen. I want to make clear that the nerve supply of shoulder and Diaphragm ( muscular partition mentioned earlier)is same and one that is phrenic nerve so if there is pain in diaphragm ( left side of abdomen) you feel pain in left shoulder, that is the reason so need not to worry about this.
Now "Q" is this that , why, pain on left side ?
May be due to exertion (fatigue) for long sitting.
