Last night I had a severe reaction to wine i was drinking. I was drinking white wine and on my 2nd glass. all of a sudden I started to sneeze nonstop, my asthma kicked. I was wheezing, short of breath, coughing and my face had a rash. my husband said my face looked swollen. I took a shower and a couple of hits from my albuterol. I also took a claritin. It seemed to tamp down my allergice reaction. But day to I seem to have sinusitis and cant seem to concentrate. How long does it take to get over a significant food reaction? I feel like I am in a fog and not myself
