Large Hard Lump In Right Side Of Head, Stiff Neck, Visual Migraines, Tiredness And Pain. Advice

Hi there,
For the last two weeks I have been feeling a bit down and not myself. I have found a large lump to the right rear of my head which feels really hard but not that tender to touch. I have suffered from a stiff neck and unable to turn my head right because of this? For many months now I have occassionlly sufferer from scintillating scotomas which pass after about 30 minutes.
I lead a relatively lifestyle and eat healthily and visit the gym 3-4 times a week but these continual aches and stiffness are impinging on my performance, energy levels and ability to sleep.

I think ive summed up most of it there - neck lump, stiff neck, visual migraines, tiredness and aches.
