quick fixes for gaining or losing weight is not ideal, it is advisable to increase the appetite of the person concerned to an adequate amount so that there is healthy maintenance of weight. taking medicines to just gain weight will surely help u to gain weight at this time but when u stop these medicines the patients again gets weak. so here my advise to u is to make the lady have plenty of fruits and proper meals every two hourly and just 10 minutes walk daily (if possible). along with this give her Alfaalfa tincture - 10 drops in half cup of normal drinking water 10 minutes before meals two times in a day for 15 days only. after that only continue with the diet suggested.
