Lack Of Sleep Post Masturbation. Due To Hormones Released During Orgasms?

Hello, I am a 34 year man. I have recently encountered a problem of lack of sleep after masturbation. It started few months ago and I have not had this problem so far. In fact I used to sleep right away after masturbation. I think some hormones released during the orgasm are inhibiting my sleep. Do you have any tips on this? Please share me. Thank you

Hello
Thank you for getting in touch with us. As I see, you have been having problems sleeping for the last few months. We would like you to know that masturbation has role to play in this. Masturbation is a harmless process and does not adversely effect your body in any way. It in fact is safe and protects you from many dangerous sexually transmitted diseases including HIV. If not done in excess, it does not cause any problems anytime in life. You need to ascertain the exact cause behind your lack of sleep. It might be some other tension or anxiety which is leading to this problem. If there are any more queries, feel free to get in touch with us. Hope this helped.

Dear maitonati9, Why still you Masturbate? don't have partner for sex. if so .. then you are using masturbation as a sleeping pill? if so my dear now you would not be getting the intense orgasmic feelings hence you are not able to sleep properly , there is no hormone secreted in post orgasmic phase to hamper your sleep. my suggestion is if having partner try to enjoy sex with full mood and pleasure. if not then try to prolong the self stimulation phase as long as possible try fantasizing more intense feeling post pond your orgasms many times and then finally release .... it will give you more intense orgasms and lead to sound sleep.
