L2-3 Their Is A 3mm Broad-based Bulging Of The Disc
L2-3 their is a 3mm broad-based bulging of the disc seen, causing mild effacement of the ventral margin of the thecal sac and extending into the lateral recesses bilaterally. There is some increase T2 signal seen within the disc and the lateral recess, that may be postoperative as it appears stable to prior study. There is facet arthropathy, and mild endplate spurring, resulting in. Moderately severe left neural foraminal narrowing. Minimal right sided stenosis is seen. No significant central canal stanosis.what does all this mean. I herniated L2-3 and had surgery last year. Basically my whole lumbar spine has something wrong at each level. I can't get a straight forward answer from my doctor.
