Knot On Both The Ankle Bones, No Pain. Do Karate Regularly, Have Long Hours On The Feet. Could That Be A Cause?
can boils be formed on the ankle bone? because i have a smal knot, that is located on my ankle bone, but if you look at both ankles they both have the same knot. it is not painful but it i touch it , i can feel a slight pain, which is not really serious. i am just concern because i do take karate and i use my feet often.

This can be a callosity. This is knot which is formed due to pressure over a bone. It is not very serious condition and most common cause is wrong foot wear. some time sitting in wrong position for long time can also cause such knot. I would recommend you hot water fomentation. Also do not be scared as these knots are not dangerous.
