Knee Joints, Muscles Are Aching Terribly. Had A Fever. Still Aching. Treatment?

I am a 41 year old female. Two days ago I notice my knee joints were starting to ache terribly.....enough to stop me sleeping in the night. By the next morning all my joints (muscles) were aching terribly (from the belly button down) and I must have had a fever as I could not get warm despite having several jerseys on in bed. It is now day two and I cant get out of bed as I am still aching.
The ache is constant with flashes of extra pain in joints and muscles from time to time.

Hi, it appears that you have viral fever, with joint pains, may be chikan gunya, or dengue. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Though there is no treatment for viral infections, some thing should be used for pain relief, and to prevent the secondary bacterial infections. Thank you.
