Knee Injury, Severe Pain, Weakness, Tingling Sensation, Numbness. Reason?

I fell about 3 months ago onto my knee, down the stairs. I was in severe pain when it first happened, now it is weak and hard to walk up stairs. Right after I fell, I couldn't lean on that knee for months because there was a tingling and painful sensation when I did so. Now I can kneel on it if need be, but to tap it with my finger I still get that numb tingly sensation

Hello,
Welcome at HCM.

I have read your question. It looks from your details that after injury at your knee. Looking at all details it looks that there may be injury to nerves at your knee also. There are small sensory nerves which can be stretched due to swelling or malfunction for short period of time due to injury. You should not bother about this .You will recover from this. You should avoid strain & take some neurotropic vitamins like vitamin B1,2,6,12 in multivitamin preparation.

This will help you to recover faster.

Hope you will be back to your routine activities soon.

With best wishes.
