Knee Cramping While Inactive, Dark Brown Bruise On Inner Knee, Calcium Intake Good, Taking Pregnacare. Reason?

My right knee keeps cramping this has been occurring at least 2-3 times a day & most often if my knee/leg is kept in one position e.g driving longer than 2 hrs or when I am sleeping. This wk I noticed a dark brown bruise on my inner knee & the cramps are continuing. I have not banged it or fallen on it. My calcium intake is good plus I take pregnacare for new mum & breastfeeding which contains calcium. I had my baby 6 months ago & whilst I use my right knee to kneel on first I do not do anything strenuous. It has a nearly constant dull ache.
