Joint Pains. Had RF Test Positive Two Weeks Back And Tested Negative After 2 Weeks. Suggestions?

Hi I got a RF test positive two weeks ago it was 100 which in Canada is hi normal is 10, then I got retested two weeks later and it is normal at 10. What does this mean. Are blood tests inaccurate. I feel confused as I have joint pains mostly in my big joints and getting worse. I don't understand how the blood test can change so dramatically in two weeks. Now what do I do or believe.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello ,

thanks for writing to us
I am Dr. Vaibhav Gandhi, I am Orthopaedic surgeon .
I have studied your case.

RF test cant change results so early , there might be some misreading
you need to redo test.

Clinically RA presents as morning stiffness in small joints , swelling in joints, aggrivated in cold climate.

after consulting orthopaedic surgeon you need to start medication accordingly
