I've Recently Had Blood Work Done Due To Itchy Skin

I've recently had blood work done due to itchy skin and nausea. My alt and ast were critical. Was in the hospital for 2 days and sent me home thinking it was from the black cohosh I took. Levels went done slightly after fluids. They are going back up and have a liver biopsy scheduled this week. Can't eat hardly at all get pain in my back and today my left ankle/foot is swollen, is very tight and comfortable. I have an appt tomorrow with liver specialist but wondering if it's ok to wait or is the swelling should be looked at tonight?? I also have polycystic kidney and liver.
