I've had a metallic smell in my nose all day. It reminds me of when I used to use Selsun Blue Shampoo, which I think contains zinc. I woke up with a headache stemming from the back of my neck and have had it most of the day. I've taken Esgic twice today, which slightly relieves the headache, but it comes back. For the past week or so my head feels like it has some sinus pressure across my forehead and I keep think I'm going to have a sinus infection or cold, but have not gotten one. The smell bothered me so much that I put a little Vick's Vapor Rub just inside my nose with a Q-tip. That helped with the smell temporarily until I had to blow my nose. I'm not on any new medications. I'm 60 years old, 5'4" and weight 159 lbs.
